Went in for a faulty credit card. The person at client services counter. Immediately brought us into her office and contacted master card, the usual long wait on the phone only took 3 seconds. She explained the situation to the master card client care person. The problem was resolved in 5 min, we modified the nip and everything was fixed. Amazing service, not sure if the persons name, but it was Tuesday early afternoon.

The telnal service is very good, but phew the Bnc of Granby I don't know what's going on but the mortgage service is very bad my first meeting was at the end of February and still nothing signed. I'm completely forgotten and I always have to get in touch to find out what's going on. A lot of personnel changes are discouraging and it just makes me want to take all my money out and invest it in another bank. I have been a customer for over 25 years :/
