We decide to go have it repaired and she has to wait more than a month before receiving it and again she wears it for 1 hour or 2 hours and it breaks again. We show up at the store wanting a refund or an exchange and we are told that it is impossible that they will just repair it or otherwise come see the manager but that we will get the same answer. I can tell you that it was the first and last time that I went to this store.

Never buy jewelry, the prices are good but the quality is more than mediocre. The chain I bought broke after 4 days, we had to pay $18 to have it repaired, then it broke again after 2 days. I do not recommend this jewelry store at all.
