Hello, firstly I made a request for a key on August 21st it says 3 working days I show up on Monday 26th and I am told that there is no request in fact, we make another request and on the 28th I am told that I got the wrong address it doesn't exist and yet I am at this address I called back giving him the cross street and I managed to get the keys on the 29th but at a mailbox 500 meters from me when I have one in front of me that my two neighbors are going, it's really poorly organized.

Worst thief in existence.
I left a SHEIN package return on Friday July 19 between 4:55 p.m. and 5 p.m. Easy to prove since I was the last customer.
The package was not returned, I was not reimbursed, I supposedly cannot open a ticket. Finally I lost both my item and my money. You have cameras and know very well everything that is happening. You are just dishonest!
If you are not able to do your job properly, shut down!! Pfff
