(First things noted, I am a new arrival in Canada so I may not know your “code”) I am going to fill up fairly early this morning (5 a.m.) I arrive at the terminal I put in my card I pay the machine validates all the operations for me and there it remains on "please wait" and not even 30 seconds later there is, as they say at home, a very unpleasant "stupid osti" who comes out yelling at me "can't you see that we are farm?!? » so firstly sorry sir but in France the stations are open 24/24 and when they are closed the human intelligence wants not to put the pumps into service what it does that on the terminals it is marked closed or out of service or the prices are not displayed as if to show that it is impossible to get gasoline and when it is open the terminals remain in service and accept cards and the prices are marked on the large signs according to the person who apparently doesn't know how to speak without being unpleasant I should have known because "the light was off" it's true that at 5 a.m. that's all I have to do? I don't know if you were an employee ( your boss should quickly upgrade with you or if you were directly the boss which in my opinion is much more serious given your behavior towards the customers which I remind you keeps you alive!) have a good day and happy to call you home forever!

Paying at the pumps, which doesn't work every other week, looks like a strategy to force people to enter the convenience store, which is not very responsible in times of pandemic. In short, you have lost a customer!

I agree with you Google user, for more than three years I have been going to this convenience store and I have never had a smile from a particular person. I tried to say hello and have a good day several times but she remained unmoved. When you work in customer service, the least you can do is at least smile. “A smile costs nothing and pays off a lot.”However, I want to say congratulations to all the other courteous and smiling employees :)
