An “evaluation” where I was not clearly told what the diagnosis of my computer was, cost me $100. After 3 trips to the store, I was given the computer in worse condition than it was initially, only to be told it was my fault. I didn't feel comfortable every time I set foot in the store, nor on the phone with the owner in fact, I wasted time and money. I strongly advise against it.

In Sept. I lost my Outlook account email because Google blocked me due to too many login attempts on the Microsoft account. The technician then tells me that it is impossible to recover my e-mail address unless I have kept the old m.d.p. In fact, I'm being fooled and I pay $48. in service fees. During the week, I answer the Microsoft questionnaire and finally I am granted access to my Google account. Basically, I learn on the (job) and succeed on my own.
