“We bought two beds at Fabrique du Matelas Brossard. The first one was about two years ago, and then another one was earlier this year. The concept of a customizable bed is great, I recently bought another layer of latex foam (from them) to add to the bed acquired this year. Their envelope with clips to hold everything together is very practical, compared to simply stacking a mattress topper on a regular mattress (we did this on another bed, it moves a little too much and you have to continually replace). The store and the service are very good too, it allows you to test the combinations, and the follow-up by telephone is very good.”

“Gaetan Gagnon was very helpful and pleasant and assisted me throughout my purchase. Very satisfied with her service! PS. She informed me of the Brick delivery policy which I was surprised to find out that the delivery staff would not remove their shoes or wear protective covering. As well from shopping at many different The Brick stores across Canada..Edmonto, St Albert, Ottawa and now granby, i find that this location could is not to par with other location with regards to cleanliness. But Gaetane was great to deal with!”

“Exceptional service from Daniel Richard. Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The Brick at Galleries de Granby didn't even acknowledge us, while Daniel went above and beyond. Service in English was also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!”
