After receiving 2 packages in poor condition I was not happy at all but there has been a nice improvement over the past few months I don't know if anything has changed but I am very happy

Great service. I had to send a package and it cost me $69 ? I was suggested to take the box at a fixed cost of $30 if the contents of my package could fit in it. I saved $39 thanks to this employee! ?
