Poor service you do your entire grocery shopping using the scanner and when you get to the checkout you forget to scan 1 item and you end up in the queue so there are maybe 15 people waiting to go to each checkout he should think about finding another solution like perhaps scanning the item that was forgotten and adding it to the invoice that would be less frustrating for customers.
