Friendly, knowledgeable and honest butchers. The quality of the meat here is absolutely fantastic and the butchers try their absolute best to help you with any questions you may have.They have a ton of selection (including in-house made nitrate-free products!) and it is always fascinating to look through their offerings. You can find all kinds of products here, including bones to make stock, meat pie (Saguenay style), sausages, ground duck and even duck fat. I think I've even seen ground game meat. Always very interesting to sift through the store. You can also call in advance to place an order for pickup.The prices are very fair. The quality obviously is way better than what you'd find in a supermarket, so naturally the prices will be slightly higher, but not by much.
