Queue in the diaper section, customers are not prepared and have their packages made by the employee, passports, money transfers and co., while the customer with pre-paid packages waits to finally punch an employee who is doing attitude, even though they have a sign on the counter not to disrespect them. In addition to not respecting the customer, they don't even respect their own business hours. Super painful, at all levels, as a postal counter, it's stressful just knowing that you have to go there.

I am off today, I am waiting for my package which is written to go out for delivery to be sure to have it today, the delivery man does not ring, does not knock, leaves only a notice, calls Canada Post, no solution, no compensation, you ask them to speak to their superior, people who are able to respond! Why is it up to the customer to always pay for delivery driver errors?

This location is closed a lot during open hours. Very inconvenient because you only find out once you get there and there's never any indication of if they'll be unexpectedly closed the next day too. It's a gamble.

I use this counter regularly and unfortunately the hours are rarely respected, I no longer count the number of times I show up and the counter is closed during opening hours.
Already the second time this week!!!
This is unacceptable for a service like Canada Post :(
Each time I have to go to another office to send my packages, things are starting to work well and unfortunately there are no other alternatives.
If you can, go directly elsewhere because even when the employee is there the service is really poor.

The employee was extremely helpful and kind. I had a sneeze spell, and she ran to find tissues for me before I could even ask. Service was fast and straightforward.

Worst service...it closes before time, you're in the queue they don't hesitate to send you back to tell you exceptionally today we're closed but we reopen at 5:00 p.m....?
