Lots of parking for every store. All stores are wheelchair accessible. It's located off of a main street so it's easy to find and get to. There's a good variety of stores at this complex.

It is a small commerce. I go to Winners there. But there's a gym, Super C, some restaurants, and an SAQ local, too. The parking is big. There's ♿️ parking all over. All locals are located on the ground floor. Easy access. I find it convenient since I can buy the gifts, the alcohol and the food, if I'm invited to a party?.

Provides a diverse selection of establishments. Somewhat of a one-stop shop offering everything from: a medical clinic, fitness center, grocery, home goods stores, eye care, restaurant, and SAAQ. Everything required within a suburban region. During a time when strip malls are falling short & empty, this establishment thrives off eclectic diversity.
