The only reason I am giving a one star is because my request never got processed.I first visited them in person to explain what (and how) I would like few files to be printed. I was then asked to send an email with the files, so a quote can be opened. Two weeks after my email, I had to call twice to ask for an update (I was told I will be contacted soon, did not happen), and weeks later (overall more than a month after my email) I never heard back so I just gave up.The staff seems friendly, it is just sad I could not see a result of their work =/.

Charged two elderly people $15 dollars each to have their Covid-19 passports laminate. $34 dollars for both with tax. $1.50 each at Bureau En Gros. Absolutely repulsive to be taking advantage during a pandemic. I will be posting this on social media as well.
