Very unpleasant experience in store: borderline harassing salesman who gave us extremely poor advice on the product we purchased. When we came to collect our order the next day, another employee with clearly more qualifications completely denied the information we had received the day before. This bad advice could have cost us dearly given the scale of our project. In short, I would definitely return to La tuilerie for the products (which are magnificent and very varied), but I would happily drive an extra hour to go to another branch.

The Experience here was amazing. Fabrice took the time to pick 4 different tiles type and make sure they have the stock on time for the renovation.Pickup experience was also great, we parked the they load everything on the car and even suggest to do few trips due to the weight of the load and avoid any car damage.

Wonderful experience at La Tuilerie! Found THE tile I was looking for, and could find nowhere else. I was allowed to buy a sample to double check that the tiles look good on my floor, AND they gave me grout samples as well to compare. Carl was lovely, supportive and helpful throughout. I could pay online for my order, to make things easier, and they have no problem with another person doing the pickup (as I cannot go myself). Would definately recommend this store! Really great customer service, and beautiful products!

It’s unfortunate that there are so many negative reviews lately about La Tuilerie.We had a very good experience.A young lady named Meg helped us in store and on the phone. She was knowledgeable and very friendly.They offer a wide selection of tiles. We found exactly what we were looking for here.
