Surprise positivement avec la conservation des meubles même dans le Centre de Liquidation. Les prix très bas si considéré la qualité des meubles. Et un plus un accueil super professionnel et chaleureux de la part de leur service à la clientèle. Ziane a été très gentil et nous a aidé énormément dans nos choix de sofas et chaises. un gros merci

Terrible customer service. I received a bed bought from Mobilia liquidation with damages that were not present the day of purchase nor in the disclaimer form. We reached out to customer service and the lady was not collaborative and very rude . We also emailed the MARKETING email adress mentionned in all the comments but no one responded or reached out even after a follow up. All what we are asking for is to receive a bed in the same shape we bought it for . It is unacceptable to go visit the store and buy a bed in a certain condition then receive one with other damages that were not present . Mobilia completely ruined our move out experience I am still not able to use the bed I bought because they refuse to take responsability for their mistake . Avoid this company because if anything happens they will completly ignore you . SO FRUSTRATING !!

we already contacted the Marketing email with all the details of our problem as mentionned in my comment . We didn’t get any answer even after a follow up . So no need to make people believe that you are managing the complains privetly . Your response is just a public show but you have no respect for your customers

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 I do not recommend this store or this brand at all, the customer service is very poor, I had a very disappointing experience!! Following receipt of my order on July 7, 2024, I noticed that the headboard was damaged and that it is not in the same condition as when I made the purchase (Proof at support), I tried numerous times to discuss with customer service to find a solution but the only solution offered to me was to send me a cabinetmaker to carry out repairs.
After asking to speak with the dispatch and customer experience supervisor, she simply sent me an email without reading the file to tell me that "We cannot send a new headboard for a product that was purchased on clearance, it was purchased as is."
I have in no way requested a new bed, my only request is to receive an item in the same condition as when I made the purchase.
I refuse to be scammed in this way and I will go to the Office of Consumer Protection of Quebec!
Small update:
After receiving a response to my comment I immediately sent an email as requested to the marketing department, it has been over a week since I received any feedback, even after following up four days later ...
This situation suggests that the response to comments is a simple setup to make it appear that a follow-up is being done, I can confirm that I have not received any call or response to my email!
To sum up, it's an increasingly disappointing experience that I don't recommend to anyone!

Tried to visit today on a Sunday at 11:15am. Store advertises as being open at 11:00am on Sundays but it’s closed. Tried phone the store but voicemail box is full. Really disappointed and I made the drive out there for nothing.

If you buy here don't take out financing with Flexiti, it's a scam. They say it's interest and fee free, but then they charge a fee of $39.99 per year for the account, even if you've made your payments in full. And the sellers don't tell you that in the store, in short, interest disguised as hidden costs! Shame on Mobilia for doing this to their customers and doing business with a company like Flexiti which is a scam

There aren't really any deals to be had in store. The items have a minimal price reduction compared to the price of the new item. Most items are damaged and discounted, but the price is still very high for a broken item. The company is also not very open to negotiation.

We purchased a superb leather reclining sofa, it only had 2 slight, inconspicuous scratches. A1 service especially for December 31 :)We collected it ourselves from the store to be in control.
