It's a nice idea to sell the defected furniture for less but some stuff are still very expensive even when they are broken. The place is ok it is literally just the furniture with the prices.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.Horrible service. We politely asked the movers to wear boot cover all due to the snow/slush/mud outside. They refused, proceeded to walk inside the house, put mud all over the place, scratch the hardwood floor due to the gravel and salt in their boots and scratched the wall.

Très déçu, service à la clientèle digne d'un cirque. J'ai cherché les caméras caché mais en vain.. Plus sérieusement aucun suivis de la livraison après 5 mois d'attente. Reçu comme des moins que rien. Quand je vois les commentaires je comprends mieux maintenant.. Le problème vient de chez vous ! Dommage mais vous ne nous verrez plus. Cordialement

And I'm going to explain to you the reason for my 1 star, I just saw a video and it's not a joke, exorbitant price for broken, holed, dirty furniture, with rust on the chairs, furniture that looks like bitten by an animal but the prices for that, I would never dare to sell a piece of furniture like that. Seriously, you are a warehouse and not a chic store, review your priorities

Me and my husband had a wonderful experience at the store with the interior designers Ziane.He was very patient and helpful with what furniture could be useful for our new apartment and gave us great prices. We would definitely return to do more business with him and highly recommend both the store and his services.

Very good experience at Mobilia, they have new products every week, it’s always good to check if you need anything. Even though it’s a liquidation store, they have things that is still in very good condition, just need to check before making the final decision.A place that I would highly recommend if you would like something high quality with cheaper prices.

I would give zero if I could.My boyfriend and I had a budget of $2000 for a couch and a dresser. We were never served simply staring by an employee who of course served people older than us, even if they had entered the store after us. We felt a lot of judgment from the employees.In addition, the furniture was mostly damaged and exorbitantly priced but also inconsistent. For example, I could buy a chair at the same price as an armchair. Prices were changed by hand.I greatly doubt their transparency and honesty.I don't recommend.Otherwise, I found what I wanted at Brick.

Update:Feb 19 - Four stars: The store manager contacted me and was very comprehensive of the situation. He followed-up with customer service for me. I should receive replacements in a few weeks because everything is back order.Feb 16 - One star: Furnitures arrived all scratched and broken. Waiting for them to call me back to get a reimbursement...

EDIT Review:In-store managers and sales staff: 5 starsMobilia's after-sale delivery and installation: 1 starThank you very much for the store's manager and salesman Bin Feng. You guys did go over and beyond to help us get this sorted. We appreciate your help very much for taking care of us and our concerns.To the Mobilia management team, at the second delivery, the installation person, literally, fixed the headboard of our bed and left it in the middle of the living room. The same thing for the dresser, fixed it and left it in the middle of the living room. Really? We offered to help him to bring the bed to our bedroom, but no, he was apparently "too busy", "have too many deliveries to do today", so he refused to help us. Moreover, he added "your bed is full of dust", "your dresser is not even clean". Well, we didn't forget to add that both the bed and dresser HAVE NOT been used, delivered, and damaged by Mobilia delivery service. You are degrading the excellent service we received in store, and soon enough this will become a bigger challenge if you don't address these professionalism issues with your delivery staff.Our thanks to the store service again, you guys have been amazingt. I would be more than happy to give feedback to the headquarter if needed.Thank you,Kei-------Hi Mobilia,We have a very bad experience with our recent purchases at Mobilia.We bought two pieces of furniture from you: a bed and a dresser, both from the Brossard store.The bed is a floor model that we have inspected and noted down the defaults it has (please see the attached form). The dresser was bought as brand new.When these furnitures got delivered, and installed, we had problems. The bedhead has been damaged at the place where it had not been there when we did the inspection. The dresser is also seriously damaged. The stands have been broken and can’t not be installed to the bottom of the dresser. Moreover, the dresser’s drawers assembly is in such a bad quality, that it looks even worse than the floor model we saw!We do appreciate the two people who delivered our stocks, but it seems they don’t know how the dresser is supposed to be look like when finished. We appreciate their hard work, but we felt the inexperience came off as unprofessional from Mobilia as a whole.Presently, we now have a bed assembled, with damaged bedhead, and a damaged dresser doing nothing in the middle of our new home.When we call Customer Service, it goes straight to voicemail, ALWAYS, despite we have followed every steps of the automatic answer machines.In conclusion, the two delivery people told us that Mobilia will deliver and install a new dresser and compensate the damaged headboard.Please contact us at your earliest delay, we really need to discuss solutions and move these pieces of furniture so we have space to receive other shipments for our new home.Thank you.
