Very bad service Doris, an employee on site, refused to unload the pump for me even with a $100 deposit, just long enough to put gasoline in my pressure machine in my truck..despite my kindness and respect..She preferred to pass other customers. Casual indifferent and arrogant attitude, even in the presence of other customers..She has no idea what it's like to have a business and take care of customers..She should go home and work is not for her.!! She also refused to give me the contact details of her immediate superior...

What incompetence and lack of professionalism on the part of the employee!
In addition to the car wash not working properly, waste of time and money.
To avoid, go opposite is much better.

We have to pay outside??! As if we were in Montreal It's raining and there are no shelters for consumers who come to pay... Maybe think about a temporary shelter? I won't go back until I see that there is a change.

On arrive devant la pompe pour faire le plein, on paye et aucun employé en vu. On est aller sonner avec une autre cliente et encore une fois pas de réponse, j’ai appeller par téléphone pour vérifier et encore une fois pas de réponse. Peu proffessionnel si quelqu’un était supposer travailler à cette heure. De plus c’est écris qu’ils sont ouvert sur Google. Gérez vous mieu

Readers to pay at the pump H/S for 2 weeks, no paper for receipts for 6 months. They changed the car wash cycle which washes less well. Go get your air miles elsewhere.

The staff who’s working there not professional at all. Disrespectful. They don’t give loyalty to there work. They don’t know how to talk with customers. I will never go to shell gas station next time because of its staff.
