I just stepped outside this place.
I’m livid. I bought an item at 13.99 but scanned at 14.99 told the cashier that I’m supposed to get a discount and she told me well no you’ll get it the priced advertised ( like obviously I’ll get it the price advertised but I want my, by law, my 10$ discount ) and she said no.
So I didn’t want to argue but your staff should know the laws. Beside that the pharmacist was super nice and helpful but still give a 1⭐️ for ripping me off.

Best service! The pharmacists always give good advice and they seem to care about their customers, they ask about my health when I go there and always give me good advice. I really have never had such good service in a pharmacy before. Personalized and professional service!

(Translated by Google) The pharmacist is very nice, courteous and friendly, however, in my opinion, she gives bad advice.I got bitten by a tick, so I came to get antibiotics to prevent the disease of the hymn. The pharmacist kindly explained to me that not all ticks carried the bacterium (Borrelia burgdorferi) and that if I had symptoms I should go to a doctor for treatment. We now know that an infection with this bacterium can be asymptomatic. It should be remembered that the disease of the hymn can cause complete paralysis of limbs of the body, neurological disorder, disorder of the nervous system and rare cases of death.I find it maddening that we take the slightest risk, even if it only represents 0.001% of cases what does it cost to take 2 weeks of antibiotics…As the saying goes "prevention is better than cure" especially when the disease is incurable. Make the right choices, take care of yourself because no one will do it better than you!(Original)La pharmacienne est très gentille, courtoise et aimable cependant selon moi elle donne de mauvais conseil.

Awful service for a pharmacy. Would not recommend anybody I know to waste their money and time here. Back in May of 2021 I changed locations and had to change from Familiprix Morin-Heights to Grenville. Grenville Familiprix was very hard to work with and refused to send a request for a file transfer since apparently “that’s not how you switch pharmacies.” Pharmacy Morin-Heights unfortunately had to deal with that situation that could have been avoided by this pharmacy doing a correct file transfer request just like every other pharmacy I’ve ever gotten my medications from. I asked for an asthma pump not knowing that my medication had been sent to Morin-Heights instead of Grenville, instead of informing me that I did not have an asthma pump prescription in their pharmacy, they gave me a NASAL SPRAY, and would not refund me when I noticed that they charged me something I did not ask for. They also charge for Income tax receipts which should cost nothing at all considering it is a small paper indicating how much you have spent at that pharmacy throughout the year, if that isn’t ridiculous enough, they will not fax or email it. Morin-Heights familiprix emailed my Income tax receipt, free of charge, within the hour I made the request.

Excellent customer service. I'd give it five stars although sometimes it takes some time to fill my prescription even if there aren't many customers and even if I've phoned in advance.

Courteous service and they do what they can to accommodate you. The pharmacist took his time to answer my questions because he takes it to heart, it shows.
