The young lady gives us options which we look at with her however we tell her that we are not interested after three times she imposes a deposit on us for these accessories she imposes on us a deposit and a service plan which we are in no way obliged to do to take, she says that’s how it is with them. She also says that at Bell everything is the same. So I sent her away very politely because I won't be fooled by her I leave the store she makes a very inappropriate comment about me to my partner that she pities my partner to be with me
I decide to stop at Wave wireless is Paff sick service which is a beautiful retailer for half of what she offered us without deposit gifts in store crazy service which thinks of its customer is not to cross the world

No one in store is trained to help resolve a package problem that comes from them. They are only sellers. Luckily the employees are patient and polite. They will take the time to call THEIR customer service with you BUT BE CAREFUL,
the manager takes the phone out of the counter and says to call Bell instead to do his job and if you stay too long because the robot on the phone isn't helping, he will kick you out.

Truly the worst crossers of any provider I have ever encountered. They are just there to sell you everything at a high price and then forget about the service. Also consider staying there for several hours. Awfully long time to get “help”.
