Jadis le service était bon et les prix compétitifs mais plus maintenant avec des coûts qui augmentent de +-10% à chaque automne et printemps pour faire changer ses pneus . En octobre 2023, $235,00 pour faire remplacer , balancer et entre poser 4 pneus avec augmentation de 17,5% depuis avril 2023. On y pense avant d'y retourner !

I can't understand that a Nicoletti mechanical agent behaves in a totally impolite and very humiliating way with his customers!!!?? Today I had an appointment at Nicoletti Joliette for mechanical repairs and NOT unfortunately for (change of parts $$)...???So the agent who dealt with me was not professional at all... and he didn't explain the problem with my car well and he charged me a huge amount +$1900 for things out of the ordinary. anomaly (according to another mechanic)??!!! But the worst thing is that after having my invoice I found that my name was wrong on the invoice... so when I asked him out of kindness to change my name for the tax declaration, he answered me NO I can't change it (I CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU??) and he spoke to me in a rude and curt way and far from professional..., that's how he did to me good ! so it's him who made the mistake and he who must take responsibility for it...I don't think that's normal or professional either.Normally you have to deal with things in a way that satisfies the needs of your customers, as well as reviewing the behavior of your certain employees ?.For me you are not a good reference! I will never come back and I will not refer anyone.
