After buying for several thousand dollars. Terrible service. For a bath purchased at $360 + tax it will cost more than $1000 in costs to have it changed and Canac offers nothing in exchange and does not respect the warranty even though the purchase took place less than 30 days ago.

Ridiculous service...I made 2 trips to Jonquière (85 km round trip from home) to be told that the stock was B/O. However, I had taken the trouble to call beforehand to ensure that the goods were available. The 2nd time (this morning) I told the guy not to trust his computer and to go look at the warehouse because I didn't want to waste my time a second time. He called me back to make sure that my order (8 sheets of 24"x8' polycarbonate ordered and paid for on the website) was ready. Arrived at the warehouse, they were sorry to tell me again that it was not Only 2 sheets left, almost 3 hours of my time wasted and tens of dollars in gas, what is that worth to you?

If there had been 10 stars, I would have punched it...We went to get 12 inch by 12 foot tubes and asked to have them cut...back in the warehouse, everything was already done. ..Well done to all of you...excellent service!!!

On April 27, short of time and unable to collect part of our order (not available) at Canac in Chicoutimi, we took the chance to call your Jonquière store after 5:00 p.m. (closing time). However, the members of your team, Noémie Côté and Lucas Minier, have clearly demonstrated their “Excellence in customer service” by finding the missing item from your branch, while waiting for us outside with the missing part. , doing the necessary checks and making sure we had all our pieces to return to the North Coast with a big smile and a light heart. I visited Canac Jonquiere Thursday February 22, 2024 around 4:30 p.m. I was in the painting and electricity departments. The 2 clerks were attentive to my needs and made suggestions that helped me find what I wanted. Thanks to the 2 young men.
