About SAQ-Arvida
SAQ-Arvida is a small and functional store known for its courteous employees who provide quick assistance in finding products. Customers have praised the staff's good humor and helpfulness, especially when it comes to discovering new beverages, such as a recommended Polish blond beer that delighted one visitor. However, there have been some complaints about the customer service, particularly regarding the attitude of an employee at the entrance, which left some customers feeling disappointed. Additionally, there is a noted frustration regarding the policy on bags, as some customers do not understand why bags are only available with purchases. Overall, SAQ-Arvida offers a mix of positive experiences and areas for improvement in customer service.
