Unprofessional, lying to customers, misleading them and wasting their valuable time.
My experience was a nightmare. I went in happy and left pissed off and they did not want me to deposit my cash into my mutual funds. So, why not?
I should sue them 15k for psychological damage.

I used the machine to make deposit my money disappeared never appear in my account it happened to me 2 times the first time two years ago and now another time I want to go review with them and then I change the bank no confidence after my experiences.

I had an awful experience with Adam, He could help us but He was trying to be in a safe side. I never suggest this branch to anyone and worst experience with CIBC.I hope some day they will wake up and strart transforming their services.

They are not interested to serve you. She kept repeating passport is not a government ID and you need to have driver’s license to open account (and “she was 110% sure”). I got out of that branch went to other branch and they did it right away.

We made an appointment for service at the bank a week in advance, emphasizing that this was very important to us, but we were half an hour late, which we wrote about in advance. We arrived an hour before closing, there were no people except us, and there were 3 employees at the counter. They immediately told us unkindly that they wouldn’t have time to serve us, even though it was almost an hour before closing! In response to our persistent requests to serve at least one person, they reluctantly began entering data into the database and 40 minutes (!) before closing they said that the system was no longer working. There was a long weekend ahead and it was clear that everyone already wanted to go home and our company was preventing them from looking forward to the holidays. They began to demand additional documents that other branches in the network of this bank do not require. In general, they did everything to get rid of us. As a result, we had to go to Toronto, since only one branch at the airport was open on the weekend. There we were served in 51 minutes and all the documents were correct. 1 out of 10, arrogant and anti-customer service!!!

As an English speaking person born in Montreal, I am always happy with the level of service that I have received. Specifically, at this branch for over 40 years.. Peut-être un peu trop, car je suis rarement pressé mais ce jour là, je l'était. Malgré une grande file d'attente (seulement deux employés au comptoir) ils trouvaient quand même le moyen de parler de la pluie et le beau temps aux clients. Je n'ai pas de problème avec la courtoisie mais si les gens attendent 25 minutes pour arriver finalement au comptoir , et bien, il faudrait peut-être penser à rajouter des employés au comptoir...

This branch is phenomenal. The tellers are super kind, very attentive and always patient with the customers. The advisors are also very helpful and, on the few times I've stopped by at random, they've always had time to sit down with me and chat over something quick. Seems like a great environment to work in as the staff are sociable with each other and often sharing a laugh.
