I cannot say enough good things about the Kirkland Dormez-Vous location and more specifically about Lisa who was phenomenal with helping my elderly mother find the right adjustable bed. Her patience, advice and recommendations were so helpful and I am so glad that I made the decision to stop by after looking at big box stores. The difference in service and product knowledge is immense - Lisa certainly knows her stuff and gave suggestions that made sense for us. Two thumbs up!

Mrs. Lisa Miller was able to respond greatly, even more than my expectations ?. I was looking for a bed base that wasn't too expensive, that I could get quickly and that was the case. She really went out of her way to go with my prize and I'm receiving it all this Saturday. A big thank you, that means a lot ? You have a very good employee!!! ❤️

Bought a tempur-pedic bed there a year ago. I have asked for the softest model since I don't like sleeping on a firm mattress. They told me to be patient because there's a break in period. The mattress is supposed to get softer. Almost a year in and I still feel like I am sleeping on a rock. I wake up every day with a sore body.
Don't believe what they tell you in the store. And don't believe that your mattress will feel like the one you have tried in the store. It's all a lie.
I had 90 days to return it. They convinced me that I was almost done with the break in period and that I should be more patient. Again, it was a lie. Almost a year in with that expensive mattress and I call it "the rock" because it's really like sleeping on a rock.
Don't believe anything they say in that store.

Lisa Miller est la meilleure vendeuse qu’il m’a été donné de rencontrer. Super souriante, donne de bons conseils et nous explique bien les produits. Et n’a pas hésité a prendre le temps qu’il fallait. Merci Lisa car grace a toi, je dors comme un bébé dans mon nouveau lit et mes nouveaux draps. N’hésitez pas a demander pour elle, vous serez ravi.

if I could give 0 stars, I would. Bought a bed for my senior parents in 2020, not even 3 years later, 2 huge divots in the mattress. Submitted a warranty claim, I had to take a bunch of pictures of the mattress, box spring, and frame. Warranty claim was rejected. Terrible customer service and they do not stand behind their product. Mattress and box spring had a 10 year warranty. Any excuse to reject claim. Do not buy from Dormez-Vous, they do not stand behind their product. Terrible.

Was in the store for almost 10 minutes. We were completely ignored by the salesperson even though we were the only people there. They were on the phone the whole time. Not even a "hello" or "I'll be with your shortly". So we left, went to matelas bonheur and were promptly served. Ended up buying a whole bed from them instead. I suggest reminding your employees to at least acknowledge customers when they enter the store.

The team could not have been more AWESOME. Elias, Lisa and Jeremy were fantastic. My 95 year old mother-in-law’s bed broke last night and she desperately needed a bed for tonight. They were able to find a bed and frame in stock AND arrange for same day delivery and installation which is not part of their normal offering. The delivery was punctual and flawless. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! ???

Our experience with Dormez-Vous was terrible. A seller man with a long heir was behaving very rudely. After four tests, he left us, went to another client, and never returned to us. He did not respond to our questions. We never buy any product from this kind of store. We would never want to purchase another thing from Dormez-Vous.
