Please don't go to this place, horrible customer service, rude cashier and manager, they don't care about customer time and money.
I was waiting to speak with manager for 20 minutes,she doesn't have any patience for listening my request!!!
Awful, shame on you.

Terrible service. Went back and forth with their manager trying to get them to honour the warranty on a sagging mattress I spent several thousand dollars on at the store a few years earlier, within the warranty time period.
After weeks waiting to hear from them, they gave me multiple conflicting reasons why the warranty claim was denied, including telling me that the bed frame I was using did not have the proper support for the mattress. The bed frame apparently needed a cross beam, and when I pointed out that the bed frame they sold to me with the mattress also did not have a cross beam (I changed bed frames since the original purchase), I was simply told the decision was final, and I was welcome to come look at the new models on display at the store. No thanks.
Definitely not purchasing from them again.
Edit: as seen below, Linen Chest replied to this review offering to investigate further — I’ve emailed them several times asking to follow up and have gotten no response whatsoever after several weeks. Wish I could give 0-stars.

Excellent service from the manager, Ellen. She really knows her products, especially since I was going for a very large purchase of a new bed. Very personable, going the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. This is the kind of customer service we used to enjoy in days gone by,. I highly recommend this store especially with the service I received from Ellen

This Linen Chest is a decent and an important one. It smaller than the one in Fairview but it’s a nice location because of the Cinema and other things nearby.
I hope this Linen chest stays.

I avoid this place because of the staff. I am followed everywhere when I go around to find what I am looking for, by a lady. She looks at me, analyzes me. It's so uncomfortable. When I go to the checkout, she answers the phone and talks for at least 10 minutes... If it wasn't an important item to me I would have left the whole thing and fled.
Ohllalla!! When you hire people, give them a minute of customer service training. I understand: labor shortage and you'll take anyone, but you're hurting your business by having people like that to serve us. I used to go there regularly, but forget me. I prefer to order online... I don't let myself be treated like dirt...

I dealt with Kirkland store manager Helene, let me tell you, she went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with a return that I actually bought at Fairview store, not too many persons are giving this kind of service anymore! Thanks again for everything! highly recommended to shop there!

Annoying staff (late middle age woman with glasses Dec 31 @ 1:30), probably work on commission. She followed us around and not giving us breathing space to look what we were looking by ourselves. She immediately puts one of the sets at the cash for us and when she saw we had another set in our hands while lining up to pay, she asked "what the problem was" and took it off my hands and put it behind the case with the other set, probably wanting commission. This was at the duvet cover department.

They work on commission since we were hounded non-stop by a sales lady. Sometimes you want to just browse, but not this time.

I showed up at 9h30 as indicated on Google Hours. There were 3 more people there. The staff just came by the door, shown ten fingers and walk away. When it opened at 10h05, as ask her why they opened late and she just told me "I'm not management, I just sell stuff". They just lose me after years as a client.
