“I have nothing but praise for the staff at Dormez-Vous in Kirkland. They have excellent product knowledge and customer service. Jeremy, Gregory and Lisa were so patient with my many inquiries throughout the transaction last week. Today, Lisa and Gregory went above and beyond in finding a solution to an issue my client brought up post-delivery. Their problem solving skills helped me and my client a great deal. I left the store feeling cared for and confident that all was resolved. Thank you! Glenda Cueto Certified Interior Designer APDIQ, IDC”

“Same delivery team came twice. Daniel and his helper. So friendly and efficient! Took time to cut out cardboard windows for each appliance so I could preview them for damage. And I just love the delivery app that tracks the truck! Nice work, JCP!”
