I had an excellent experience at the Mondou store in Kirkland, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Maria. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went out of her way to help me find the right products for my pet’s specific needs. It’s clear she truly cares about animals and customer satisfaction. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made my visit not only easy but enjoyable. Highly recommend this store—and especially the manager Maria—for anyone looking for top-notch service and expert advice!

Very impressed by the level of service I received from the manager at the Mondou in Kirkland. She was not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly kind and attentive. She took the time to listen to what I needed and offered thoughtful suggestions that made a real difference. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to both their work and the well-being of animals. A true animal lover!!! Thank you so much, Mary. Keep up the excellent work.

I have been going to Mondou Kirkland for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is helpful and well informed. Seeing a négative comment about Maria the manager is shocking to me she is always pleasant and helpful and the store is always well kept. For Winona to insult her looks just shows what type of person she must be.

Been going here since I moved to Montreal. It's more expensive than other chains but until today the staff has been helpful. Today a woman named Maria (who claims she is the owner) was incredibly rude. On top of looking like she just rolled out of bed, she refused to even look up from her pile of papers on the counter when I asked her a question. Then she proceeded to just start shaking her head no in the middle the question before I could even finish. Unlike what it says on the Mondou website, Maria, insists they carry absolutely no products for skin irritations for dogs or hot spots despite the Mondou website saying they do. When I asked her name because I was very taken aback by her tone and attitude she refused to give it to me and then told me she didn't care about my opinion of her customer service skills. I will never set foot in this place again and am writing Mondou'd parent company about her toxic behavior. Sad because there ARE good people at this location but if this is the boss, I refuse to give such a horrible human money.

Friendly and helpful. Always welcomed with a smile. Great selection of food and do not hesitate to ask help from the staff, they know everything about the food that they carry in store.

The guy who answers the phone at Mondou Vaudreuil very poor service. I'm not even sure what he told me is accurate. He seems to want to do as little as possible for solution and efficiency.

Arriving at the store saw the person running to close the light on the barred door so as not to have to serve me because it was 5:59 p.m. I understand that the closing time is 6:00 p.m. she could have made an effort.
He called to pick up an order already paid I would not have brought in and out more service.
