“Such fantastic customer service. I was installing some wall mounted hose reels, needed a masonry bit, called 5min before close and asked if they had it (apologetically of course), and they did. I got over there as fast as possible and they had it by the cash waiting for me, I quickly paid and got out of their hair, and they were very pleasant. Definitely will be back”

“Very helpful staff. Good selection and they order the rare industrial supplies I need. For a corner hardware store, they give the big box stores hard competition, because they serve me better.”

“I was very well served by a guy (Stephane?) who knew his stuff. The employees seem motivated and have an attitude of partnership versus "closer" of short-term sales. I managed to open an account, place my first order, and leave with my painting within 15 minutes ?I am an entrepreneur and I recommend this store,”

“La conseillère (Édith) de la boutique de Laval ma très bien conseillé dans mon projet de masquer de la vieille céramique : elle m'a suggéré de recouvrir celle -ci avec du micro béton. J' ai essayé la couleur carbone et le résultat est super surtout avec le bois de grange! Je vous recommande cette boutique où les gens ont à cœur la satisfaction des clients.”

“Fawzeya is happy to serve and offers incredible service in the appliances section. She takes the time to explain and doesn't pressure buyers. Raher she offers solutions and options. I went back to her 3x even if there are Rona's closer to my house!”
