Absolutely unprofessional. They had chocolates up since Christmas and never took them down? I asked to speak to the manager and manager was extremely rude and literally was like "ok, thanks for letting me know? What else do you want me to say to you?" No apology of any sort or proper work ethics was to be seen in her. They should have better management overall and do quality control check of the products that's being put on their shelves. Be aware everyone.

If you are not family or friend, forget about the service.I have been the client for many years.Called to get thefree covid test, they said that they have it.Drove there in 7 minutes, the girl asked me that they don't have it.She asked who did I talked to?I told her, do you introduce yourself on the phone and she replied no.Then she asked me my name while looking in the drawer that they keep preorder meds to see if they put some aside for me, I replied you did not ask my name on the phone. She said then we don't have it.I asked them if they can put the side one for me the next shipment and the other lady replied we do not put anything aside.So the the kit but they refuse to give it to me.Only for family and friends!!!!!

I love the staff here. They’re working on a limited schedule due to covid curfew, have more work than ever, yet the service is still spectacular. Kind, attentive, helpful, patient and smiling.

Great pharmacy & great people. I have been going to this location for a while and even had my covid shots here. The people are very friendly. The pharmacist was able to help me over the phone with a question for my Child. Thank-you!

I wait a long time to get my medications every single time I go they barely call me back on time regarding my prescriptions that are faxed to them by the Dr. There are usually 4-5 people working behind the counter and I always end up waiting a while before being served.

I bought an esso gift card from this Pharmaprix during the holidays and it did not work at the gas station. I went back and Pharmaprix told me it could be a defective card and to contact shoppers drug mart because they can help. I contacted them in the beginning January 2022. They still have not solved my case and we are in mid March. I do not understand. I called them many times and they keep telling me they don't know when the superior will look into it. I have my receipt and card. I paid for a card that had never been activated. That is what Esso told me when they checked with the gift card number.

DON’T buy anything from here…. I purchased some make up and when I took them home and tried them, they were dried out. I took them back to store (same day) and sales rep told me they don’t accept opened packages (but it was dried out) and to contact manufacturer to get a refund. Sales rep said the manager “will never agree to refund or exchange”. I will be contacting consumer affairs

I had very bad experienced in this store. 5th September 2021 around 5pm. I came the store and wanted a service for passport photos. I told the girl that I need to save the photos into the USB key. She told me yes and told me they don’t offer It, I need to bringing it by myself. I answered her I can buy one in the store. After the photo shoot done and the payment completed. She told me sorry she can not sent to photo to the USB key. I ask her why you answer me yes, when I ask u? She said I didn’t say yes, I said maybe. ??♀️. ??????Now I paid 40$ bought a 16G USB and didn’t get what I want. I have to say, I had questioned the professional competence of her. I think She is totally incapable of doing this simple job. ?This experience was also very good for her and helped her understand the photos printer well. ??I don’t mind paid 40$ for her to learn. ?Hopefully, she won't make the same mistake again on other clients. And other things , The equipment in this store is really old compared to other stores. I hope you can improve your sales professional competence and customer experience. Good luck. I won't come to this store again?

Dirtiest pharmaprix in the west island, the owners need to stop funneling cash into their bank account make this store look presentable on the inside.Canada post service was excellent though
