Speedy does pretty good work, and generally on time. Their people are friendly and easy to deal with. The problem is that they're greedy and frequently add or recommend extra work that doesn't need to be done at substantial cost to their customers, preying on the people who don't know enough about their cars to be able to make informed decisions. I have had them attempt this with me on two occasions and have seen it with several other people of my acquaintance. I would not go so far as to say not to use them, but I would say that you should definitely know what you want to have done when you go in there and do that and nothing else. If they only do what you request then you should get a good result. If they tell you that you need a whole bunch of stuff done to your car then take it somewhere else and get another opinion.

The secretary Deanna is SUCH a pleasure and CARES so much about the individual experience. The Staff is kind hearted and the team seem to genuinely appreciate working there. This is a shop I can trust.

Extremely happy with the service at this Kirkland location. Super friendly, super conscious of costs of repairs. Went the extra mile to find great replacement parts. Also they don't push unnecessary repairs. Will let you know that you can wait and car is safe to drive!I've recommended many friends and family, everyone is happy with them!

I took my car for an oil change last week and before I picked it up I asked them to check my coolant because I noticed it was low. Sean who works behind the counter said he'll do it for me. He came back saying that my cap broke when he tried to open the coolant tank so he asked me to purchase a new one for $90+ plus tax. He basically broke my cap and asked me to purchase a new one. Instead of apologizing, he kept saying "I'm not paying for it!". I just couldn't believe it!This is a 2 year old German car so parts don't break that easily. Even if it did, the garage shouldn't be asking me to pay for a part that they broke accidentally.I told Sean that this is unfair and unacceptable so he ordered the part and asked me to come back the next day so they can replace it for a charge. He asked me to talk to the manager (Alexis) the following day to see what he can do about this.I left the garage very disappointed and worried about the current state of my car and while I was driving, within 5 minutes the car started to heat up, red lights came up on my dashboard and a voice message started to ask me to pull over immediately and turn off my engine. I was livid!I pulled over in the middle of the highway and called Sean to inform him what just happened to my car. He asked me to bring the car back to the garage so they can check it. I couldn't drive the car in that state and after what just happened, I had very little confidence in Service Auto Speedy.In that moment of panic, I made the wise decision to contact my German car dealership. They immediately sent me a towing truck and they drove me to the closest dealership. They inspected the car, they identified the problems that were caused by the broken cap and they fixed everything without charging me a penny. Yes, everything was fixed at 0 cost including the replacement of the cap that Sean broke.What shocked me even more is that the dealership informed me that my oil level was a bit low and that they needed to top it off to meet standards. That tells me that Service Auto Speedy did not put enough oil when they changed my oil that same day.It's been over a week now, Service Auto Speedy never called me back even after the emergency call I made from the highway. Let's not forget that Sean was supposed to call me the following day to replace the cap that he broke but he never did.Needless to say that I will never go back to Service Auto Speedy. My wife who recently became their customer will also never go back to Service Auto Speedy. My brother in law who was also their loyal customer will never go back to Service Auto Speedy.They could have kept all of us as customers if they would have done the right thing. I hope they learn from this lesson.

Dishonest bunch of people, to avoid. Went in to check why engine oil was dripping slowly, got a quote for $2800 to fix and as per them it's urgent and needed to be fixed now and to keep it there for 2 to 3 days. Luckily i checked the reviews here and decided on a 2nd opinion. Took it to "Richa" on Sources Blvd. The issue was a filter seal leak. It was fixed in 2 hours with an oil change and an engine wash all for $260.

Incredibly expensive for rear brakes on Santa Fe:If you can imagine, $1900 + tx for rear calipers, brakes (disks and pads) and new bearing hub assemblies.Actual part cost from Rock Auto (still expensive!)Rear caliper, drilled rotors, ceramic pads hardware : $803MOOG Wheel bearing and hub + hardware : $292+ Labour $300Total $1395I could have saved $500... Don't even get me started on the cv shafts... They better be made of gold.Save your money, go elsewhere or at least get a second opinion... Will not be returning.

Poor costumer service! Took my car for a simple tire change, and they added extra costs to change other parts and I ended up paying them 900$! Told me I need to change my break pads an discs. The breaks didn’t even make a difference after their service.They didn’t even check my tire pressure after they changed the tires. Went out of the garage only to realize my tires are low in pressure! The cherry on top was when I saw that they put my dirty tires is a small plastic bag that doesn’t even fully cover the dirty tires and left them on my bright car seats. Made them all dirty! Will never go back here!
