Shady practices. Filled up gas and there was a charge of a car wash on my bill. I asked the clerk he said it happens sometimes and there is nothing he can do about it, but the wash is valid for whenever I want to use it. I did not want a wash, and now I'm stuck with a car wash.

Update 20 October 2024:
Be careful with this Shell. I put my credit card in the Machine I think I got charged twice because on my account it says 40.00 then 39.98 and then -40.00.
I wanted the Extra Car wash too I asked to e clerk of if I paid for it. He said no even though I did.
It’s best to inside and asked inside. Love the car wash though. But they should update the machine with a Pay pass and buy at the gate. Rather than inside.
Also they should improve on everything.
That’s it just pay inside and just be cautious about the machines at the pump.
To me this shell is a decent station here is my review and why.
The Positives,
1) It’s locations is good.
2) They have the prices clearly marked.
3) It has a car wash
4) A conscience store included
5) It’s well maintained.
Other than that it needs to improve on the prices like they should have all prices near the street like in Europe and adaptable to climate change and be zero carbon and pollution.
It’s a decent Gas station for me and this shell needs to be better.

I went to gas up here because of the new CAA partnership, offering 3 cents per liter off. The pump had a prompt to scan my CAA card, so I followed the prompt and it didn't recognize the card. I tried several times and then at another pump, before going inside to inquire about the issue. The cashier was rude and condescending and told me "it's not working yet". So I asked why the pumps have been updated to prompt users to swipe a card that they don't accept. He argued with me that "the pumps accept the card, it just hasn't been programmed yet"... Clearly the pumps do NOT accept the card because it kept cancelling my transaction every time I swiped it. I will not return to this location. Not because of the technical issue (it's a new system, I get it) but because of the way I was treated when I tried to inquire about and understand the issue.

On May 17, 2024 we stopped in this gas station 2950 Saint Charles Blvd Kirkland Quebec and the attendant refused to help us to pay and fill our car because we do not speak French. She saw our car with American license plate and refused to speaking English so we couldn't fill our car. Disgusting French Canadian people. In what country people need to be so rude? She is a blond woman around 50. Now i understand why some Canadians don't like the French ones.

Very poor management, they should even give proper training to their manager and then employees because no one knows what to do with their own Shell application. Many other shell gas stations around are better than this one.

J'ai une carte Shell Fleet Card. Je paye à la pompe dans plusieurs stations du Québec sans problème, mais à cet endroit, la carte ne fonctionne jamais et l'on doit payer à l'intérieur comme en 1990. J'ai avisé le personnel à plusieurs reprises depuis des mois, mais les gestionnaires de cette station ne font rien pour corriger la situation.
