Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
We made it very clear at the time of purchase that we needed our furniture urgently and were reassured by the sales representative. Despite this, our delivery was delayed multiple times, and for the third time, it was cancelled altogether.
On the day of delivery, the driver called at 8:13 a.m. I returned the call within three minutes and attempted to call several times over the following five minutes, but all calls were ignored. The delivery was then marked as “cancelled” without any further attempt to contact me. I live in a condo building, and the driver could have easily used the intercom or waited a few minutes before cancelling. Instead, we were told we would have to call back ourselves another day to reschedule.
To make matters worse, we also purchased a $2,000 TV from this company, which arrived damaged. Even though we purchased an extended warranty, the company refused to consider the issue as covered, despite the damage clearly involving pixel issues and mishandling of the screen.
Overall, the lack of accountability and poor customer service have been extremely frustrating. After reading recent reviews (which we regret not checking beforehand), it’s clear this is not an isolated experience. The company seems quick to shift blame onto customers rather than take responsibility.
I will not be referring this business to anyone.
