Ce magasin offre vraiment tout sous un même toit : épicerie, vêtements, meubles, électroménagers, articles pour bébés, équipements de fitness, fournitures pour animaux, jouets, et bien plus encore. L’organisation est bien pensée et le personnel est toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. Une expérience fluide et agréable, je recommande sans hésiter !

I came to exchange a box of diapers picked up in the parking lot the same day (purchase made online in CE WALMART) because I had not chosen the right size. At the customer service counter, an employee refused to make a simple exchange without a transaction despite having proof of purchase in hand (let's reiterate that it was a single item) because the purchase was supposedly made online. Under the pretext that I couldn't walk around the store with an unpaid item that I was going to exchange at customer service??? Like I was going to STEAL a box of diapers.
She asked that I make the refund to the service and then, that I go back to check out, which is totally ridiculous. I made it clear to her that she was making a simple diaper swap really complicated for absolutely nothing.
Note that another customer 2 seconds later made an EXCHANGE of children's boots. So this same customer finished paying for her cart, returned to the store with her full cart, picked up a pair of boots to come and exchange boots at the same poor customer service counter and did not had a reprimand ?. The same employee didn't even want to look at her proof of purchases.
This story of refusal to exchange for an online purchase is rubbish. Let that sink in.

I have to say I did not have a good experience at wal mart today. I was there early 8:30/9am, I used the self check put, the area where we scan our items and then the area where you place them before bagging them was SO DIRTY, I asked the girl if it could be cleaned before I scanned my items, she literally handed me Scott towel and the spray, … who works here ? Me or her ?? Anyways, even my bf told me it isn’t my job to wipe it down.. anyways.. after scanning our items one of the items we wanted did not have a price tag or barcode, I asked her if she could get me the price, she answered she has “ no clue”.. (I figured) … she told me I have to go to customer service for that, so after paying for my items I headed to customer service, since I was there I felt the need to tell them that I had to wipe down the area because it was so dirty even tho the employee girl named Ana was just standing there literally doing NOTHING! the lady at customer
service aggressively responded with a high tone saying " because i have NO STAFF! i am desperate for cashiers! " wow .. relax lady, i was just letting you know that your cashier is standing there doing nothing and giving me scott towel and windex to clean the area, anyways moving forward, for the item that i wanted that was missing the price tag/barcode, the lady at customer service did not even bother to go check or look for the same item to give me a price nothing at all! she simply said sorry i cant sell you this item!
0 for effort ! i was extremely disappointed with my experience at wal mart this morning, to everyone looking for a job please go apply because obviously they are understaffed! and also hope management will read this and at least have someone clean the cashes at closing time, i was there super early and the cash areas were filthy ! if thats the way it was at opening then i cant imagine what it would be like during the day .. to Ana the cashier in self check out section, you are not a statue, and if someone says its really dirty, please at least pretend you work there and wipe it down, we were the only people there! it was not busy at all! Super disappointed will not be returning to this wal mart due to the lack of cleanliness and RUDE staff literally attacking me with reasons why this area isn’t clean yet also didn’t even bother to go check the price on an item I wanted to buy.. just terrible

Worst experience ever I saw a product at one price and when I went back to get another one the price changed, hopefully I took a picture so they honor the price, at least that what I thought, guess what no no, I was told that I delivered change the price and that was my fault because I should scan the price before I pay it, to make sure they do not made a mistake on prices !! ? wow Walmart is not what it just to be very sad !!

Excellent store with groceries, clothing, furniture, appliances, baby essentials, fitness gear, pet supplies, and toys. Separate restrooms for men and women. Highly recommended!!!

We want more CASHIERS, not self check out. We're not being paid, it's your job to serve the customers. I'm waiting 10 to 15 Minutes at the cash...not okay..but Terri was awesome! excellent customer service skills! That's rare. She should run the place

Just bad, 9:30 am Monday, there slammed. No cashier, 1 self checkout cashier. She hates the job, walmart, the costumers. I left my cart , walked.

Empty racks, even the basic things like salt is not available.
Again I visited this store on Monday the 28th June. In their flyer, they had advertised the price of villaggio bread as $1.97 per loaf of bread. When I was in the store, they charged me $ 5.50 for two loaves of bread. The question here is not about charging couple of dollars more, but about their unfair marketing tactics to lure unsuspecting customers in their stores. Secondly, I found the eggs shelf totally empty and a sales associate cleaning the shelf. He told me there's no stock of eggs in that store. I'm shocked to know that in such a big intenational company someone forgot to place the order for a basic item like eggs. Also their new store in Marche central Montreal is a total disappointment. The pharmacy isn't well equipped to buy basic necessities like Voltaren. Their food section is also disappointment and I couldn't buy about 40 Percent of the items I intended to buy because they were out of stock. So even though it's near to my residence I go to their cote vertu store

The place is completely ugly and dirty, everyone is rude and DO NOT understand easy things (I mean staff group). When i politely asked where the towels are, after unsuccessful attempt to find it, they just said, they have no time on me and just leave me without any help.It happened multiple times and I guess not just with me.I do not recommend anyone buy something or even ask the staff to help you out.

This is the worst Walmart I have been to . Not organized and the staff have no clue .if your pinky to find any staff for help they have no clue where anything is . Go shop somewhere else.

Worst place to shop at. I usually shop here for my groceries but not anymore. I read another review that said if you want to feel like you're a thief, Walmart is the place to go and it's 100% true. I was at self check out and having trouble scanning my items. I was having difficulties scanning and was treated rudly when asked for help. It happened 2 more times when my item wrongly scanned. On the 3rd time the supervisor told me that if it happened again, they would have to ask me to leave. I was not the only one having issues with their machines but I seemed to have been singled out. The workers were extremely rude and have no clue as to good customer service. Will not be shopping there again!

Store is clean and well stocked but they never have more than half the self checkouts open so there's always long lines , why have so many of they are never open ?!?!
