Terrible experience at the Winners in Kirkland on Jan 8. The staff, Roxanna and Daniella, mocked me and made humiliating comments while processing a simple return. Their behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and felt discriminatory. Absolutely unacceptable.

This new location has extremely slow cashes. I have never seen more than 2 cashiers at once…even when there are others behind the cash. It’s a shame, as I have decided not to buy my items a few times due to the wait time.

A woman was changing in the dressing room and a man was filming her! It’s a SHARED dressing room, this is VERY VERY DANGEROUS for women and children!

A pleasant Winners, Chantale the manager was friendly and happy every time we saw her. Store always clean, lots of stuff for all reasons. I never leave the store empty handed. I highly recommend, thank you.

This Winners is a decent store. They a lot of selections although some our limited. Its a big store you can walk around there for a while and they have decent customer service. The location is nice because its near the cinema and other stores and amenities and public transit is alright. I hope they improve on everything from A to z and that I hope its going to be here for a while.
I would recommend.
