I recently had to make contact with Brome customer service for a replacement part for my Squirrel Buster Plus feeder. I was contacted the next work day and was advised that a replacement part was being processed. It was shipped the next day and was received a few days later. Great service for a great product.

Just got a replacement of my Brome mega600 feeders that started to show wear from the effects of UV after 8 to 10 years of daily use. I am faithful to my birds, and put the feeders up every a.m., and take them down every p.m. to avoid damage from our local Br,er Bear and Br,er Raccoon. I was so impressed with the turnaround delivery from Brome That I’m contributing to the Audubon, society, crediting Brome for the inspiration to donate. I do not think a better bulk bird feeder exists anywhere other than in nature!

I have had my bird feeder for many years. The feeder has been damaged and Brome replaced the damaged parts. This feeder and company are outstanding!! Love my squirrel buster plus!!

Exceedingly durable products and exceptional customer care! A couple weeks ago, a hungry black bear broke the seed tube assembly of my decades-old squirrel buster plus (the best feeder I've ever owned). The rest of the feeder escaped significant damage and was salvageable, so I emailed customer care about purchasing a replacement seed tube assembly. The nice customer care representative replied that they were sending me a FREE replacement assembly. The replacement seed assembly arrived within a week, the assembly is replaced (the instruction video was great!), and the birds are enjoying sunflower seeds again. Bravo Brome Bird Care!

I highly recommend all the squirrel buster feeders. For over 15 years I have owned the same three feeders. They are still in great shape! And over the years whenever I have broken or lost a part, thanks to excellent customer support, that part is sent to me, no charge, in a few days. I can’t say enough good things about the products and the customer support. Excellent!!!

Brome bird feeders are a fabulous design. So many species of birds love ours, and we love watching them. The Brome feeders are durable and truly squirrel proof. We use a simple pulley cable system over a large maple tree branch to keep it up high and away from bears. We have several Brome feeders because the birds show us they like them the best.

I accidentally broke the insert on our Brome200 and I called customer service to see it could be fixed. The very helpful and nice lady told me it could not, but they send me a replacement part. I ask what the charge would be and she said “nothing”!! I was so pleased and happy! We received it yesterday and I was able to reassemble it!
Thank you so much for your kindness and service! Our birds say thanks too. The squirrels are scratching their heads!!

This company is THE best! I had a part I needed changed out on a squirrel-proof bird feeder, sent a picture, and before I could even ask for it, they put in an order to replace it. They stand by their products and do so cordially, even when it’s got to go out of country and there’s extra postage fees. They offer unbelievable service! WOW, WOW, WOW

Wow! I’m super impressed! I never expected a free replacement on my feeder tube on my Squirrel Buster plus! I was already impressed it lasted as long as it did before it cracked ! I can’t even remember when I bought this feeder, but I’m sure it was 10-15 years ago!
I’ll definitely be buying ALL my bird feeders and things from you all!

Excellent design and good quality materials. Best of all, they work. I've had 2 mini feeders since spring, the squirrels don't even try anymore, they just run on by. I've recently purchased the suet squirrel buster, mostly to deter the grackles. These feeders are pricey, but they do exactly as advertised so you'll save money in the long if deterring squirrels is your goal. The only drawback I foresee will be filling them in the dead of winter, the process is a bit finicky.
