I've always found the staff to be polite and nice both in person and on the phone .I've just experienced my worst ever phone order . Not only was the lady that I was speaking to on the phone rude but she told me that they no longer do delivers if paid by cash. I always paid the delivery man cash and there was never a problem. She then tells me I have to call in my order at least 4 hours in advance but I can walk in and have it done in 20min. She was extremely rude on the phone. I never hang up on someone unless they Made me feel bad or upset and this women was worth hanging up on. I am not happy with the service.I called Pharmaprix on Knowlton road to see about a file transfer ?
