Terrible customer service at the Ile-Perrot branch. The attendant Shareefa is completely incompetent. Blatant lack of professionalism. They really hire anyone. There's a reason they have a 1.5 rating on Google. WHAT A SHAME!!!

I love the bank in Île Perrot because I am well served and the employees answer all my questions. I had opened a line of credit and then the representative explained the contract to me well and once again answered all my questions. I strongly recommend this bank and I don't understand why they have bad reviews, I have always been well served

Really mediocre service no support very bad financial advice I close all my accounts with them as quickly as possible they stole the interest I made on my investments plus you respond more quickly to the notice I just left than 'to the message I left on the branch's voicemail

Update 2: Following an in-person visit for information which went well, I am adding 1 star.Update: It has now been more than 2 weeks that I have left messages on their voicemail for questions, with no return call. Declining service compared to my experience 4+ years ago. I am reducing it by 2 stars.+Fast and efficient service at reception (Don Quichotte branch)+Never had a problem getting an appointment via phone or email-Restricted opening hours-They are a little insistent in selling their different insurances, but hey, that's typical of a bank :).

Pitiful service since the pandemic Firstly when you enter the branch there are at least three to four employees with their tablets who want to sell you a product or want to direct you to the counter, it's almost harassment.
There is only one person at the counter most of the time with a girl waiting endlessly for people who don't want to use the counter.
BNC you should perhaps review your customer service instead of just wanting to reduce your costs with the profits you make I don't think you can give a better experience to your customers we are treated better at the local grocery store only at your branch

I've been with the bank for a long time, and for some time I've really been thinking about changing institutions. I just spent 2 hours on the phone because one of the employees told me to update an account which was ultimately not necessary. I really don't have time these days to do things for nothing. Every time I try to call the branch I get voicemail and it takes a long time for someone to call me back. I'm honestly starting to get bored, and I don't have time to fool around with things like that. I am quite furious and disappointed with the national bank.

I am a full time dad, I understand that the picnic table on site is private, but still, I was sitting having a private conversation with my 11 year old daughter, a rude and curt lady came out saying that is my place to eat.... in a curt and stupid way, I answer him Madam, I understand that it's private land but he has ways of speaking to the world like Hello Mr, I'm on break and this is the table from the bank can I have room to eat please... Well no dry and stupid and when we make the remark to her she responds next do you need me to flatter you before uh sorry but I'm not a dog. If you don't know how to live and speak in a courteous manner, well, next time, refrain from opening your mouth and changing jobs because it seems that the public is not made for you.One thing is certain if it's the way you speak to the world, there's not much chance that I'll open an account with you, we're not talking here about a gang of teenagers who make noise, break and scream, we're talking about a dad who had a conversation with his daughter in a quiet place given the sensitivity of the conversation.In short, well done Karen with your orange outfit. Politeness lessons would be in order. THANKS.

I have to discuss my debit card with a customer service representative. However a telephone wait time from 15 min to 1 hour is ridiculous. Also, to have to open a ridiculous facebook account to instal messenger in order to chat with someone is also ridiculous. If a client is contacting their bank the service should be almost instantaneous like here in Switzerland. When the time is right we will move our assets away from NBC. I don't use facebook so no messenger. When I call the ile Perrot branch there is no answer. If I leave a message no one calls back as it is an overseas Swiss number. The bank used to be very good. There is a reason why it has a 1.8 rating. I have been with NBC ile Perrot since 1988 and my family has been there since at least the1970ties.

Bad service! I came to activate my credit card with proof of identification, they sent me home saying the waiting time was over an hour and a half and that they would call me back once it was activated! Never heard back from them and I’ve even called numerous times to inquire about the situation with no response! Very unprofessional and disappointing!
