I went to get 4 large bags of raw meat for my cats 2-3 times, each time (I think it's the owner), he comes back to see me and offers his help, I'm used to buying in Vaudreuil, and I was left to fend for myself with the very heavy weight of the bags, here in Île-Perrot, the gentleman did not want me to carry all this alone and immediately came to put them in a good place for me in a box and transported it to the cash register and then to my car, taking care to place it neatly and thanking me. I felt special, a real 5-star service with an owner who cares about the customer experience, It’s ME who THANKS you 🙏🏼

I had the best service from the employees to the owner Marc. They helped get my 17 years old cat to start eating after a stressful move. I highly recommend Chico in Ile-Perrot for all your pet care products and food.

Very friendly owner and provides very personalized service. I used to go to PMC before, but after a visit with this kind of service, I moved my purchases to Chico and the service remains the same. Nice variety of foods and toys for different companions. Keep it up Marc, it's your trademark.
