The pharmacy employees here don't know how to do a coordination of benefits when the primary payer does not cover the medication and the secondary payer does. There is a code that goes into Telus Health but they can't be bothered to call them and find out how to do it (it's the same code for everyone). They just tell you to send it manually to your insurance. Very annoying.

We waited about 10 minutes for advice. From the first contact, I had the impression that the pharmacist was not willing to help us. She left us alone to try to do mental calculations of converting concentrated ml to mg equivalent. Meanwhile, she returned to her workstation. When we flagged her down for help, she curtly asked us if we were finished. As our calculations had not progressed, instead of helping us, she simply told us she was too busy and to come back another day.

My elderly parents have been using the Kayal Pharmaprix since before when it was a different pharmacy. My mother passed away recently and I am in from BC to help my father. This is the shining light of the entire Quebec healthcare industry. The employees here are all amazimly helpful friendly professional make you feel welcome. Thank you!

I prefer this more pleasant pharmacy than the Jean Coutu, too small, too packed. Best selection of grocery items that help. The pharmacists are very friendly and helpful. Post Office.

Very disappointed with the service received…..
call to receive information regarding two medications if I can take both at the same time... just because I don't have a file with them the lady never wanted to answer me she told me to fend for myself.... So I asked to open a file and she replied: they don't have time for that!
Then hang up on me!
