There are many individuals working in the pharmacy but it seems that every time we order our medication there is a misunderstanding or an issue. The drive thru used to be so quick and easy. Now there’s almost always a wait. Not sure what happened over the last 5 months because the service has declined.

The ATP and the pharmacist lacked professionalism. Serves us everything on the prescription except the antibiotic claiming that it was the doctor's signature. The pediatrician's signature was just below with his stamp and license number. In addition, the dosage, route of administration and frequency were clearly seen. But, they didn’t want to rack their brains too much trying to read the 6-letter antibiotic!
