I do not suggest the national bank in La Pocatière. The advisor I worked with put me in a very complicated situation with my RRSP. Until now (it's been 6 months), the problem has not been resolved due to lack of training and knowledge of the financial advisor of the national bank in La Pocatière.

Your opening hours aren't even good! Very frustrating to see that you write 5 p.m. but we stick our noses at a locked door at 3 p.m. on a Tuesday afternoon... and at an employee who doesn't even deign to want to respond just to at least inform. Very poor service.

Staff lack training, professionalism and respect. Having to return 3 times for a simple change of address is not normal!!!
