The staff provides excellent, friendly, and helpful service with contagious enthusiasm, taking time to explain products and offering many samples for tasting. The atmosphere is enhanced by the presence of the sheep on site. Specialties include the delicious Tomme de Kamouraska, particularly the aged version, as well as the Bête à Séguin, Le Cormoran, Le Riopelle, and Le Clandestin. With reasonable prices for such quality, it is a beautiful discovery and a highly recommended stop worth making.

Rachel, m’a-t-on dit, accueille ses clients avec un sourire d’enfer et un enthousiasme contagieux. Vous ne connaissez pas ses produits, elle vous dira tout pendant que vous le goûtez. J’ai craqué pour la Tomme de Kamouraska. Pure brebis au lait crû à la croûte lavée. Simplement divin. Merci Rachel. ?
