I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. I bought two plants inside, and when I was leaving, the lady at the exit stopped me in a very rude way and asked for my receipt. She was already talking with another client, but interrupted to stop me. I asked if she does that with every customer, and she answered rudely that yes, she does. However, once I got to my car (parked right in front), I noticed she was not asking anyone else for their receipts, even though people were leaving with items in their hands.
On top of that, the store is very expensive, and many of the plants are in poor condition. Not all of them, but enough to make me feel it’s not worth it. I drove all the way from Montreal because of a promotion they were advertising, but it was very disappointing. I only ended up buying two small plants that were on special.

The service for purchasing paving stones was excellent. We were well advised, however for the purchase of perennials, the plant attendants were not interested in serving us even though there were no other customers, so very disappointed with this service.

It is written on your sheet, "we package all our plants with care and have your satisfaction at heart."
Well that wasn't the case for me...
The plant was simply wrapped in kraft paper (like a bouquet of flowers) and put in a box.
Needless to say, when Purolator arrived, the plant's soil was pouring all over the box, and the plant's head was pulled up...

It's a beautiful place, with many beautiful green plants and flowers, and the prices are cheaper than those in supermarkets. I bought several pots to take home, highly recommended

Very bad experience compared to last year. Bad service and employee with a condescending attitude. I asked for help choosing a poinsettia and the clerk looked at me smugly. It was to give as a gift. The packaging was in bad taste, all wrinkled at the bottom. Last year the service was great, decoration available at the counter to adorn, paper around the pot. This year nothing. The plant was submerged in water and after a few days the petals fell off, beyond repair! I asked for a Christmas centerpiece, nothing. Next year, head to Super C, 100% more beautiful...and 40% cheaper.

There are also wreaths and only cut branches. The staff is very welcoming and helps you load your tree into the car. Large selection of Christmas decorations.
