“I've had my stuffed animal (Wowo) since I was a baby and have slept with him ever since. Unfortunately, he has been falling apart for the past year or so. I decided that it's time for him to get the help he deserves and gave him over to Raplapla. Dominique was a very kind and gentle person, and I immediately knew that he was in the right hands! She did an incredible job patching him up and I've been so happy to see Wowo in much better shape!”
“Beautiful store with high quality and long lasting toys for all ages. The owner is fantastic and has a deep passion for her craft. 100% recommended if you’re in the area!”
“Woow what an incredible store, walking in, the scent reminds me of so many childhood memories. Their selection of games for all ages is something I rarely see. You can tell they spend a lot of time selecting them. What a great idea also to rent games! I wish you long success.”

“I haven't even got my purchases and I am leaving a 5* review. Ordered 3 Dowdle puzzles at an amazing price. Seen 1 more and asked could they ship it. Within 5 minutes Melissa had it all organized for me. I will be back for more!”
“A beautiful store with toys, puzzles, and more for all ages. Clearly a lot of thought is put into the items they stock and I appreciate the variety, both classic and modern. Support your local Canadian children’s stores!!”
“January 3, today: excellent customer service by manager and girl with pony tail and glasses from cards counter who helped me while i had my little boy in the stroller. Thanks for helping me get started with our Poké decks and helping me resolve the star wars game matter. I spent more money than planned because I was grateful to good management and customer service help. I would have been overwhelmed without you.”
“I can only imagine the difficulty of what it would be like to own and operate a store like this today. Excellent customer service! They carry a vast selection of books and toys that cater from children to adults both in French and English. Well worth a visit!”
“Great toy store with a fun and welcoming vibe. Jouets LOL Toys has a really nice selection of products, from classic toys to more unique and modern options, making it a great place to shop for kids of all ages. The variety is impressive for the size of the store, and you can easily find something for gifts or special occasions. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to give suggestions or help you find exactly what you’re looking for. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to browse, which makes the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality and uniqueness of some items. Overall, a great spot for toy shopping with excellent service and a selection that stands out.”
“I went to the store not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised to meet a kind and genuine store owner who sells labubus. I will definitely go back when I can to grab some more. What a neat find ! Definitely recommend going.”
“Always love coming here. The only thing is I wish the romance section was a bit more orderly, like separating the LGBTQ+ authors/genres from the straight stuff. Looking for LGBTQ romance/dark romance is impossible unless you already have people's names to look up..
Also, same for Yaoi... Wish there was a section dedicated to yaoi/BL instead of spending an hour looking through the whole manga section hoping to find something new.
But place is always super friendly and helpful and quick. I go there legit every week, of only to browse and indulge in my little day-off ritual ❤
But I love coming here and just browsing. Love the anime and graphic novel collection they have! Didn't think I'd find Tokyo Aliens outside of Japan lol”

“I go every so often to pick up a new notebook. I find it a dismal reflection of where we're at as a society how hard it is to find any kind of notebook or journal Without lined pages - just blank pages! They keep a single model of blank paged book in stock, which ive purchased several times now, next to maybe 50 varieties of lined pagers. I ask you - how are we expected to exercise our free will, our unburdened imaginations, to nurture the evolving minds of our children, if we only have lined pages to work with????”
“Chez Farfelu — a little treasure hunt for Jellycat fans!
Our daughter had one mission when we stopped at Chez Farfelu: find the Jellycat collection and, hopefully, bring home Turtle Timmy!
Unfortunately, Turtle Timmy was nowhere to be found this time—but that didn’t stop us from having a great visit.
The store has a fantastic selection of toys, plushies, and fun little treasures, and it’s the kind of place where you can easily spend much more time browsing than you planned. Chez Farfelu is known for its playful, unusual selection of gifts and toys, so there’s plenty to discover.
What really stood out to us was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, offering good advice while our daughter searched through the Jellycats.
No Turtle Timmy today… 🐢😢 but we left happy anyway.
Great selection, wonderful service, and definitely worth a stop if you’re hunting for Jellycats or just looking for something fun and different. Highly recommended!”

“The store itself is great. However, I was faced with an unpleasant situation when I mentioned that I had suggested 'knight' costume options to my daughter rather than dresses. The salesman said that I would have preferred to have a son before my daughter... as if knight costumes were the prerogative of boys and that I was disappointed in her. On this point I would recommend reading a little about gender theory to understand ignorance.”
“Great local gaming landmark. Parking is a bit of a pain but that's on the city. But either way always worth the trip (and yes I'm salty about the parking ticket I got last time)”

“Beaucoup de choix de jeux de société, de Lego et de Playmobil, de peluches de tous les prix. Le personnel est super serviable.(Translated by Google)Many choices of board games, Lego and Playmobil, stuffed animals of all prices. The staff is super helpful.”
“Very good purchasing experience from A to Z
Good communication with Angela.
It was for a birth gift from France to friends there
Thank you so much!”
“We had a delivery issue with our order, but what truly impressed me was how the store handled it. The owner went above and beyond to make sure my child received his Jack-in-the-Box as quickly as possible. Seeing my child’s happiness when it arrived was priceless. The toys are absolutely beautiful, safe, and very high quality — you can really feel the care put into every piece. If you’re looking for something special for your child, this is the place to order from. Highly recommended!”
“It's a bit of a cramped shop but I'd write that down to the amount of Inventory they have. It's a good spot for merch and little trinkets, but expect to pay a decent amount. It's expected to be pricey for some of these items but if you're new to these things it can seem overwhelmingly steep. They have a wide range of different items like figurines, posters, Keychain, bags, hats, games, and other collectibles. If you're looking for a specific anime/series you can ask at the cash, they typically know whether or not they have merch for a series and can save you a lot of time looking for specific branding that isn't available.”
“I have been coming to this store for all of my toy gift needs for years. Selection is very complete, yet not overwhelming. I have always had excellent recommendations from the staff when I don’t know what to get. The employees and owner have always been very friendly and helpful.”
“One of the largest toys/puzzle/board games store I've seen!! This place is to make any kids be amazed and I absolutely love the varieties of choice and the decor in this shop!! ♥️♥️♥️?”
“Just celebrated my 3 year old’s birthday here and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Laurie led the group through the building of the stuffed animals in a fun and animated way, getting the kids excited for their creation. We were accommodated to use the private room a little longer as there was no reservation following ours and Laurie even helped with clean-up (we brought snacks and cake to be shared during the party). A great time was had by all and would definitely recommend for the 3 year old range.”

“Ooooooooh! Lorsque je vois ou entends le mot jeu.. ça me tire les oreilles, ça c'est certain! J'en ai vu beaaaaaucoup de boutique dédiée au passe-temps.. mais lorsque le commis m'a dit de descendre l'étage.. jamais je n'avais vu d'autres commerce s'ouvrir de cette façon au casse-tête! Wooooow! C'est ici que j'ai appris que certaines marques de puzzle ont une valeur de revente intéressante! Voilà!”
“I am an individual customer outside Quebec and am satisfied with both the product and the service. Some notes... :
(1) The online order page was not updated after I placed my order... even after I received it.
(2) I received the order confirmation four business days after placing the order; however, it did not include shipping status, so I was unaware that the item had already been dispatched.
(3) I contacted customer service to inquire about the order status and tracking number. The automated message was only in French, despite offering an English option. However, once connected to a representative, communication was smooth and she was very kind.
My order arrived on time, as indicated on Brault & Bouthillier’s official website. Although the box was slightly worn, the product itself was in good condition. Brault & Bouthillier is one of three official retailers of the products I was looking for and offers the lowest pricing, which I greatly appreciate.
I appreciate the service. Brault & Bouthillier made my kid's day.”
“I ordered a personalized book "My Visit to the Farm" for my little niece, the parents love it. The customer service of this company (Miranda) is excellent. I realized after sending my order that there were spelling mistakes, I immediately wrote to them and everything was corrected before printing. Definitely other purchases in the future.”
“this place is huge!!
there's endless choices of TCG products (and they even sold the white flare binder collection for 80$ while the others sold it for 100$+ each!! i picked one up)
the service was pretty friendly!!
while paying at the register i was thirsty (and had cramps) so i needed a water bottle. the cashier took one from a mini fridge and gave it to me. it was pretty cold too!
not only did i get something i wanted at the cheapest price possible, but i also had a cold drink and relief from the pain and thirst i had.
i will revisit again, probably for another black bolt/white flare product, one day.”
“Super quality products that cannot be found elsewhere. Bedding that stays beautiful in the wash and super soft fabrics. Even the school bags and lunch bags are of great quality, the year is almost over and the bags are completely damaged.”
“Absolutely awesome and colorful store! Has literally so many board and card games, legos, toys, staitionary, slime, kids toys, kids stuff, candy. Really cool! I will be back to get more!”

“Banger for Pokemon cards and school supplies I can’t lie. When the owners are there to look over their shop, they are super nice, idk abt the employees tho, looks like they might be more of a hassle but I haven’t met them yet.”
