“Great discovery...Last week we experienced a fairly intense intermittent vibration problem at times on my partner's BMW X3, the said vibration seemed to come from the front of the vehicle soI go to Concorde Transmission. I explained everything to the young lady at the counter, who had very good mechanical knowledge and asked me to come back later in the afternoon to have it checked by a mechanic. I return at the indicated time and with no delay the mechanic takes charge, road test and inspection of the vehicle to finally diagnose the problem coming from a poorly bolted rear universal joint, the majority of the bolts were very loose thus causing the vibration. Within an hour I had already left.The cardan shaft had been changed 18 months previously by a competitor…For me it was a great discovery, the young lady and the mechanic were very friendly towards me.THANKS”
