About IGA Food Sylvain Boyer Inc.
IGA Food Sylvain Boyer Inc. has received mixed feedback from customers. Some shoppers appreciate the store's continued health measures, including monitoring at the entrance and requiring customers to disinfect, highlighting that this attention to safety is lacking in other places. However, others have expressed frustration with the requirement to use a basket, which they feel no longer serves a purpose given the easing of health restrictions. Additionally, there are concerns about delayed promotions, such as the reservation of ice cube trays which were not received on time. Despite these issues, customers acknowledge the store's good service, even amidst staffing challenges.
