I always enjoy shopping at Winners BUT the lineups at the cash can be quite demotivating, I've walked out a couple of times because of that. A hindrance when returning an item is the time it takes! If returning clothing, lots of time is taken to put the item on a hanger, put back the security tag, add on the sizing tag...in other words, it is extremely long...

Limited in sizes and the staff does not seem to care about the presence of customers. Speaking against other colleagues on the floor is not very professional. I prefer Winners at Place Versailles.
