Replacement car was provided, rear bumper was painted very nicely and installed properly, communication was very polite and clear.I had a special request to paint a part of front bumper that I provided myself. They painted the part and even installed, I was very surprised as they went above and beyond my request. “At 75, I stopped driving for health reasons. My husband and I had taken our Corolla to Spinelli Toyota Lachine for 13 years. Not one complaint. In all that time, they treated us with complete courtesy and respect. They were like friends, really. Very small staff turnover, same wonderful manager. Today I had to sell my car to them because my husband had passed recently and I have started to have health problems. They could not have been more kind, honouring my husband’s memory and deeply gracious to me in this life transition. It has been an honour to know these wonderful people. You cannot go wrong with this company. I will miss them and always have fond memories. Its very unusual to review a company so personally, but what I am saying is true.
