Worst service from canda post
Sent a mail to US but these guys just lost my mail and they don’t even know called them and lady was saying you should have taken the expensier service like with tracking id not without one so what if person choses a economical one they are not responsible for it they are going to just lost the mail wtf seriously worst experience should have choose dhl or something

The girls at the checkouts are as stupid as they come... no way to get a smile and she sighs if you ask for other items behind the counter!
Stay home if you don't like your job!

Questionable and slow service. There are employees who look down on customers. Don't be surprised by the numerous negative comments. And the ratings as low as one star. I don't recommend it since I don't like that much. They look down on me and wait for what will bring me an eternity

Super slow service, often more than 5 people in line. Very poorly organized place.
Go elsewhere or deal with another company.
Updated Oct. 2024: always the same thing, almost 20 minutes of waiting at all times. Staff not in a hurry.

If I can give this negative stars I would. Tried paying for a forwarding mail service 4 times and every single time no one could do it/do it properly. Not to mention every employee I’ve came across was extremely rude and ignorant. Will never go back to this place again for anything.

Worst service ever. They would not want to give my package even tho I proof of residence on my phone. I called post canada and they told me they DO accept electronic proof. Complain done. They wanted me to wait 30 mins outside and I had to ask my partner to bring me my bail (what would happen if they were not there? I dont have a driver license). I have been there before many times and never once asked me a PAPER proof of where I live. In 2024, I get all my bills on my phone. I had the ticket they put on my door and my ID (WITH MY FACE). They also were really rude and probably had a huge power trip. I work with customers also and I would never treat them this way. Even the guy on the phone was surprised by how its ridiculous that they didn't accept my proof of residence on my phone.

worst Canada POST.
I had a package delivered to my office. (always do that at least some there to receive it)
Normally they deliver at 11AM. This time was at 5PM Friday before the long weekend. * missed the delivery
Went to the office today to pick up MY OWN PACKEAGE. With my NAME on it ( NOT THE COMPANY).
The lady would NOT give me MY OWN PACKAGE. I even gave her all the info she need
-2 IDs ( driver and Medicare)
-My business card
-Visa card ( it under the company name)
- even showed my Regi and car insurance ( under the company)
-Emails to prove the package is mine ( didn't even want to look)
She still did not believe me the the package was mine ( even thought it said MY NAME on it)
Said I needs to write a letter from MY BOSS to get MY package.
She even said don't send my mail to my office were I work

Horrendous service!!! Only one worker actually attending to people and the other one is just performing other tasks in front of the people waiting in line 🙄

Staff of shameless bad faith disinclined to work. Shamelessly defends himself from breakdowns or excessive delays to hide rare insufficiency in work! Not to mention the false information given to customers in the name of Canada Post when the alleged difficulties are strictly local. Better yet, hang up on customers! In short, to escape!

Amazing how ridiculous the service is! The employees are so stupid, I think they don't like their lives. Also, I bought a box already postage paid…are you kidding? She was shipper to MY ADDRESS! You have a job to do, come on.
