Visited Montreal & Ottawa for a week from the UK and Andreas and the team went over and above with providing a luxury 4x4 RSQ8! Not only that.. they were super fast when a pothole decided to de-rail our plans. They came out and replaced the tyre and even gave us a replacement vehicle (Lamborghini Urus Performante!!) to enable us to carry on with our road trip.
If you are looking for a luxury/exotic vehicle these guys 100% are the ones to go to!

Cedric was very professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. He is incredibly meticulous and pays great attention to detail — you can really see the difference. I had some scratches on the exterior that are now significantly reduced after the ceramic coating, and the car looks amazing.
The interior is spotless — dust-free — and what really impressed me is that he even removed the seats to PROPERLY shampoo everything. That level of care is rare.

“We had an unusual issue during our visit. We paid for the car wash, but another vehicle entered out of turn. We asked them to leave, and when they did, it unfortunately triggered the car wash cycle with no car inside. At that point, it looked like the machine wasn’t working properly, so we paid a second time.
We called the customer service number and explained the situation. Their team was extremely helpful and professional. They reviewed the cameras, verified what happened, and offered a very efficient solution: they allowed us to go through the car wash for free and also refunded the second payment the following day.
While the situation itself was frustrating, the customer service was excellent and handled everything quickly and fairly. I really appreciate how seriously they took the issue and how smooth the resolution was. Great customer support.”
“It looks like we're in an anthill. Each employee is assigned a task and knows what he/she has to do. Thoroughness, rigor, smile, frankly the best service I have received in a car wash. The car was in... catastrophic condition. No one came to tell me ma'am, we have to charge you extra because your car is too dirty (chocolate, crumbs, compote and so on). Everything was scrubbed without any questioning or judgment. Excellent experience. It's worth the trip and the wait when there is one.
