J'ai acheté un gros sac de bouffe pour mon petit chien, le propriétaire, du moins par l'attitude, m'a dit que c'est bon pour un an... En fait c'est vrai s'il n'est pas ouvert mais une fois c'est bon pour 1 mois selon le protégez-vous... Bref un 70$ a la poubelle, mon chien n'en voulait plus car elle est devenue ranci malgré des habitudes de conservation optimale et un appartement climatisé.... Habituellement j'achète des petits sac, j'en suis a mon quatrième chiens... L'achat s'est fait au mois de mai, sur ma carte de crédit et à votre magasin.

Wow - that previous comment. I have to say, that I've had nothing but good service here. They even remember what I buy. All the people who work here are nice. And, the "man with the beard", who I believe is the owner/proprietor and his son, are both super nice. I came here as a stop gap a few times, and ended up liking the place enough to buy all my cat's products here from then on. They DID have some issue with the membership cards, but it was resolved for me within a few minutes and had no bearing on my opinion of their establishment.

I went to get some canned pâté cat food, the girl who was there was very informative and nice, but once I got home I realized she had given me the shredded type in broth which looked and smelled great for cat food!! But my guy only likes the pâté one lol. He did eat some of each can, only bought 3 phew!! Cause the rest he won't eat. Anyway nice store I will try again. Perhaps my fault for not bringing my glasses. As we all know, things are written sooooo small on items would be smart to bring a magnifying glass even if,.u don't wear glasses!!!! Lol. I will give 5 ⭐ once I've been a couple more time and see what's what!!
PS: Many different types of merchandise at Chico's. And check the sales!! May your animals live a long, healthy, happy life!!!

Lack of good customer service and rigidity. The bearded-guy behind the counter wanted me to activate or re-activate my non-working membership card while I was at the cash, all ready to pay. He told me it would take 5 minutes. I said I could do it from home later and asked them to pull-up my account using my telephone number (which would take like 10 seconds, at most). During previous purchases, they'd already accessed my account using my phone number so I knew it was possible. He said no... "we don't do that" and insisted that I have a working membership card. Here's a suggestion... how about making buying at your store easy for your customers. Not sure if I'll be coming back here in the future.

I decided to try their grooming services because I recieved a coupon in the mail. The lady left my dogs hair uneven around his eyes and muzzle. Random longer pieces of hair around his butt and belly, while the hair on his back is so short you can see the pink of his skin. I don't mind that it's short but it's very uneven. When I paid, the lady did not accept the coupon because I didn't warn her about it beforehand. A coupon is a coupon! There are no instructions/conditions saying I can't use it if I don't warn her before. It makes me wonder if her service would have been worst if she would have known. DO NOT USE THEIR GROOMING SERVICES.
